Buttock lift and augmentation

Buttock augmentation is a procedure that enhances the appearance of the buttocks by lifting them and giving them a fuller, rounder, and firmer contour. In recent years, this procedure has gained great popularity worldwide, with firm, well-shaped buttocks becoming a symbol of femininity and sensuality.

The main techniques used for buttock augmentation are fat transfer (fat grafting) and silicone implants.

Buttock augmentation with fat transfer
In fat transfer buttock augmentation, fat is removed from one area of the body and transferred to the buttocks to improve their shape and increase their volume.
The fat is harvested through liposuction from areas with excess fat, such as the abdomen, waist, and thighs, using special techniques that preserve the fat cells. It is then processed by washing or centrifugation and placed into syringes.
The purified fat is injected into the buttocks using fine cannulas, at multiple levels — both subcutaneously and within the muscle — with continuous movement of the cannula to ensure smooth and even distribution.
After the procedure, the patient must wear a special compression garment to support the area for approximately one month.

Buttock augmentation with silicone implants
Buttock augmentation with silicone implants is more suitable for patients who have little body fat and very small buttocks. The procedure is usually performed through an incision in the crease between the two buttocks, through which two soft silicone implants — similar to breast implants — are inserted either beneath the skin and fat or within the gluteal muscles. After surgery, the patient must wear a special compression garment for about one month, and sitting is not permitted for at least 10 days.

The results of both techniques are essentially permanent.
